Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisorMeeting with clients onsite and guiding and advising them with the support of the teamOverseeing the preparation of accounts and tax computations, ensuring compliance with deadlinesSupporting and mentoring junior team members, helping to develop their skills and maintain high professional standardsProviding financial and business advisory services, including tax planning and strategic supportLiaising with HMRC and other external entities as neededReviewing client debtor balances and ensuring all client data is accurateAddressing client queries and directing them to the appropriate department when needed What We’re Looking For Qualified (AAT, ACCA, ACA) or QBE with solid experience in an accountancy practiceA proven track record in client management and business advisoryStrong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detailThe ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectivelyExcellent communication skills and the potential to be able to motivate and mentor individuals, you don’t need previous experience of this This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that truly values its people.
