Overview Recruitment Consultant - M&E (Blue Collar - Contract) — Location: Bury, North Manchester | Full-Time | £40k - £45k basic + Uncapped Commission up to 35% Due to our Groups expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced M&E Engineering consultant to join our team. The Role - A Recruitment Consultant with knowledge of M&E Engineering recruitment. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment within blue collar contract roles such as: Pipefitters Pipe welders Site Welders (MMA / FCAW / TIG) Installation / Approved Electricians Electrical improvers Mechanical fitters Electrical / Mechanical mates What You'll Bring Proven experience in M&E recruitment - whether that be 270 or 360 experience A consultative approach and strong candidate/client management skills Motivation to exceed targets and deliver top-tier service Why Employment Solutions?
