The team is committed to maintaining high standards in technology support.DescriptionProvide deskside support for IT‑related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Respond promptly to service requests, troubleshooting hardware and software problems effectively.Manage and maintain IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Support the installation, configuration, and updates of software and hardware systems.Collaborate with the technology department to improve IT support processes and documentation.Assist in maintaining IT security protocols and compliance within the organisation.Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and other departments as needed.Work on IT projects to enhance system efficiency and user experience.ProfileStrong working knowledge across the MS Stack including the Windows OS Family, Active Directory (hybrid)Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.Line management or team lead experienceDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environmentITIL certification or experienceExcellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsExperience of Service management tools eg ServiceNOW, SysAID etcWillingness to learn new skills and technologiesAt least three years of experience in IT support or similar roleKnowledge of MS Windows operating system, Microsoft OfficeAbility to troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues and provide solutionsAttention to detail, accuracy, and qualityAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesJob OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.Permanent position with opportunities for career growth within the industrial/manufacturing sector.Comprehensive benefits package to support your professional and personal well‑being.Collaborative and supportive company culture in a Manchester‑based office.If you are a motivated Senior Deskside Engineer looking to advance your career in the industrial/manufacturing industry, we encourage you to apply today #J-18808-Ljbffr
