Contract: Temporary, Full-time, Mon – Fri, 9am-5pm (37hr week)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a busy head office team as a Customer Services Team Member.

In this role, you will provide a national client base with a high standard of customer service, working closely with clients and field staff. You will also be responsible for completing administrative duties accurately and maintaining up-to-date records in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide a courteous and professional telephone service to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

* Become fully competent, through in-house training, in the use of company systems to meet customer requirements and share accurate information.

* Represent the company positively at all times in line with customer care standards.

* Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate where appropriate.

* Maintain clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

* Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and stored correctly.

* Support the wider team as needed, contributing to a flexible and efficient service delivery.

* Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role.

Experience

* Experience working in a busy office environment - Essential

* Experience balancing administrative duties while handling calls and emails -Essential

* Experience in a high call-volume or customer service environment - Desirable

Skills and Abilities

* Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)

* Professional and confident telephone manner

* Competent in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations

* Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills

* Team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively across departments
