We serve a wide variety of industries from food beverage and hospitality to automotive aerospace and transportation.From independent third-party auditing certification and training; to consultancy services; to real- time assurance technology; to data-driven supply chain transformation our innovative end-to- end solutions help our clients shape their own future rather than letting it shape them.LRQA currently operates across 51 countries has more than 2500 colleagues generates 315m in revenue and supports more than 60000 clients across a diverse range of sectors and markets.About the roleReporting into the UK&I Sales Manager within the Food & Beverage Sector the purpose of the Strategic Account Manager is to :Develop and win new business opportunities within existing and target strategic accountsBuild and maintain strong strategic relationships with key individuals in client accountsLead the strategic sales priorities and implementation for accounts based on opportunities framework and service agreements to maximise revenue delivery and growthIntroduce new products and services which are added to the LRQA portfolio through acquisitions and new product developmentSupport strategic bids and be a major contributor to the bid process and teamBe the local lead and representative for colleagues accounts where geographical strategic support is needed including liaison with Global Account Managers (GAMs) to drive sales and pipeline opportunitiesWhat we are looking forDemonstrable experience of achieving annual sales targets selling products and services in a comparable role in a B2B environment.In depth knowledge / experience in the cyber industry would be beneficialProven experience of working with large strategic organisations to develop sales solutions.Demonstrable experience of developing contract values with large accounts through year-on-year double digit growth.Experience in preparing and delivering proposal presentations to senior level audience.Experience in managing quotations bids and proposals including knowledge of pricing strategies to achieve required margin.Knowledge of the business assurance sector is highly advantageous but not essential.Pre-Employment ChecksIf you are successful in securing a role with us you will be subject topre-employmentchecks depending on the legal requirements and practices in your country of employment.If eligible these checks will include right to work identification verification of employment history education and criminal records where permitted by local law.All checks will be conducted in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.We will involve the third party supplier to run the background checks as needed and your data will be retained for a period as needed for the purposeof recruitment.To the extent to be permitted by the applicable local law your data may be stored outside of your employment country dependent on our operation structure.Your application of this role will constituteasyour consent on this paragraph.#LI-HYBRIDDiversity and Inclusion at LRQAWe are on a mission to be the place where we all want to work and we are passionate about embracing different perspectives because we understand the value this brings to our business our clients and each other.
