Key Requirements Degree or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychotherapy or Doctorate in Psychology Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of professional body (e.g. BPS) Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs Clear and concise report writing for clinical and research activities Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team Ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing and developing clinical service Experience of multi‑professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty (preferred) Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Position Overview Location: Manor Wood School – Bristol, BS13 8AG (part of the Acorn Education brand, an independent specialist day school supporting young people aged 5‑16) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 FTE (DOE) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent (term‑time only or flexible based on circumstances) Benefits Life Assurance Pension scheme with options to increase contributions Wellbeing support – access to first‑class mental health services and physical health checks 80 % of contractual hours for 100 % of pay (subject to successful completion of probation) Family Growth Support – enhanced maternity and paternity leave, paid fertility treatment support Health, wellbeing and insurance benefits Discounts (100 s of options valid in the UK and abroad) Cycle to Work schemes Electric car purchase scheme Critical illness cover Responsibilities Lead and manage the onsite clinical team, coordinating line management and supporting service development with the School Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles including autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health needs Meet the needs of EHCP plans, targeting delivery through OFG, group and individual clinical ways of working embedded in practice Support the growth of colleagues, apprentices, students and therapy assistants, fostering independence and independence Maintain a person‑centred, empowering approach and strong safeguarding culture across all settings Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team and education teams to provide vital provision to pupils Ensure continual professional development and adhere to quality standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
