Drive a positive, embedded KM culture within the programme, promoting knowledge sharing and behavioural change that encourages organisation‑wide adoption. Integrate KM into the New Starter Process, ensuring newcomers have a structured introduction to KM expectations, practices and key resources. Desired Skills Experience supporting large transformation programmes or multi‑functional change initiatives. Familiarity with knowledge‑sharing platforms, collaboration tools and digital KM solutions. Background in developing cultural change or behavioural adoption strategies. Experience aligning KM processes across complex organisations or distributed teams. Experience Proven experience in Knowledge Management, Information Management or organisational learning roles.
