What We’re Looking For Experience No experience necessary, but preferred – all that is necessary is a passion for helping others. Training can be provided. Ideally 6 months’ experience in care or similar roles. Training – Required as mandatory Care Certificate Valid Mandatory Training Basic Life Support Training Moving Handling Training Skills & Qualities Care and compassion (Required) The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good problem‑solving and time‑management skills. Empathy, patience, and emotional resilience. Preferred Driving Licence: A full, valid UK driving licence. Access to own vehicle. Business Car Insurance or willingness to get one. Update Service Enhanced DBS: Can explore applying for one if necessary.
