Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Managing Consultant to join & lead part our Conusmer business covering the UK FMCG & US CPG market. Our Consumer Practice was founded in 2021 & is one of our fastest growing parts of the business. We focus on mid-senior Sales, Marketing & Category appointments across Food, Drinks, Personal care, Household & Pet markets internationally. The Role: Responsibility for leading and scaling a team. Lead and mentor consultants, helping them achieve their goals & potential. Manage the full recruitment life cycle. Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within a specialist or professional services sector. Experience mentoring or managing consultants. A track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for recruitment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
