Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting staff across all rooms Championing high standards of care, education and safeguarding Overseeing curriculum planning and high-quality practice Coaching and developing practitionersBuilding strong relationships with children, families and colleagues This role offers clear career progression opportunities through the Partou Academy, as well as the chance to make a meaningful impact on our growing nursery.
