About the role Are you a strategic powerhouse with a passion for driving transformation and operational excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Strategic Initiatives to work directly with our CEO, turning vision into reality and leading cross‑functional change across the business. This is a pivotal leadership position focused on enabling the efficient execution of our business strategy, operational priorities, and transformation initiatives. You’ll act as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable impact across the organisation.
