Waking Night Support Worker – Creative Support Join to apply for the Waking Night Support Worker role at Creative Support. We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our dedicated supported living team. If you would like a rewarding role supporting individuals who have learning disabilities and autism to achieve their life goals and join the local community, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Support service users inside their home and in the Hartlepool community. Help service users retain their independence. Engage in activities with tenants using both verbal and non‑verbal communication. Collaborate with service users, family members and other professionals to provide excellent person‑centred care. Work as part of a team and independently across our supported living services. Administer medication, provide respectful personal care and help service users retain their dignity. Perform basic service administration tasks that require basic computer knowledge. Support service users to access community activities, maintain housework and live an enjoyable and independent life. Cover shift patterns between 22:00 and 08:00. Qualifications Experience working with people who have learning disabilities and/or autism is beneficial but not essential. A car driver is preferred but not essential, as services are within walking distance and on a good bus route. Basic computer knowledge is required for occasional service administration.
