Principal Consultant – Asset Management / Regulatory Advice We are looking for Principal Asset Management / Regulatory Advice Consultants to join our teams in London, Reading, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow or Bristol with hybrid working (office and home). Our Asset Management and Regulatory Advice teams, part of the Stantec Advisory Group, have a track record of delivering impactful outcomes across the Water, Energy and Infrastructure sectors. We work with clients to drive performance and realise financial and social value from their assets by applying systems-thinking within a collaborative environment, unlocking insights into asset performance to enable informed and timely decisions that deliver value and promote sustainable outcomes. Responsibilities Develop and deliver innovative system-based Asset Management solutions throughout the entire Asset Lifecycle. Support Client Service and Technical Directors with the development and delivery of programmes, projects and technical outputs. Provide technical expertise to projects, guide and mentor less experienced team members to deliver high-quality outcomes. Externally build relationships with clients and develop opportunities to provide strategic asset management consultancy services. Contribute to career development within the team by sharing experience and mentoring colleagues. About You Experience in a senior asset management or regulatory role within primarily the regulated water/energy sectors. A track record of generating solutions to complex industry problems, either in consultancy or client-side environments. Strong knowledge of asset management / regulation policy and strategy, with experience assessing and managing asset management risks, life-cycle decision-making and developing asset management plans in highly regulated environments. Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and to share experience by mentoring talent within the organisation.
