We unlock insights into asset performance, enabling informed and timely decisions that deliver value and promote sustainable outcomes. As a Principal Asset Management/Regulatory Advice Consultant, you will develop and deliver innovative system‑based Asset Management solutions throughout the entire Asset Lifecycle and support asset management subjects to enable our clients to solve their most complex problems. You will support our Client Service and Technical Directors with the development, and delivery of programmes, projects and technical outputs. You will provide technical expertise to projects, guide and mentor less experienced team members, and build relationships with clients to provide strategic asset management consultancy services. About You You will have experience working in a senior asset management or regulatory role within the regulated water/energy sectors and a track record of generating solutions to complex industry problems, either within a consultancy or client‑side environment. You will demonstrate strong knowledge of asset management / regulation policy and strategy, experience of assessing and managing asset management risks, life‑cycle decision‑making and developing asset management plans in highly regulated environments. You will have a track record of developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be able to share your experience by developing and mentoring talented individuals within our organisation.
