Role Overview We’re looking for someone who can spot TikTok trends before they happen and drive creator growth on TikTok Shop. This role is for hustlers who thrive in fast‑paced, goal‑smashing, organised chaos. Results are recognised and rewarded boldly and generously. What You'll Do Find & Grow TikTok Shop Creator CommunityScout rising and established TikTok/IG creators who actually convert on TikTok Shop, slide into DMs, close deals, and get creators repping Wellgard in scroll‑stopping ways. Vet creators for sales potential—match them with our hero products. Run High‑Impact Creator/Influencer Campaigns That SellPlan and launch fast‑turnaround creator campaigns built for TikTok Shop. Brief, track, and manage creators to deliver thumb‑stopping content on time and on brand. Collaborate with creators (big and small) on product storytelling that feels organic but drives revenue. Own the Creator LifecycleFrom first outreach to tracking sales and re‑engagement, run the whole process. Use TikTok Shop Affiliate tools, internal tools and dashboards to monitor performance in real‑time. Build long‑term creator relationships that evolve from one‑off collabs to brand ambassadors. Be Data‑Obsessed (In a Good Way)Track everything: revenue, conversions, ROI, repeat creators. Use TikTok Shop analytics plus internal tools to optimise campaign performance. Share what’s working (and what’s not) with the wider team. You'll Thrive In This Role If You… Have 2+ years experience in creator/influencer or TikTok affiliate marketing. Are addicted to smashing KPIs and watching numbers climb. Stay cool under pressure and love quick pivots. Get TikTok, creator culture, trends, and what makes people actually buy.
