You’ll learn things about marketing, consumer psychology, and e-commerce that no "normal job" could ever teach you. 🔥 What You'll Do (with TikTok Shop Energy) Find & Grow TikTok Shop Creator Community Scout rising and established TikTok/IG creators who actually conver t on TikTok Shop Slide into DMs, close deals, and get creators repping Wellgard in scroll-stopping ways Vet creators for sales potential - not just vibes - and match them with our hero products Run High-Impact Creator/Influencer Campaigns That Sell Plan and launch fast-turnaround creator campaigns built for TikTok Shop Brief, track, and manage creators to deliver thumb-stopping content on time and on brand Collaborate with creators (big and small) on product storytelling that feels organic but drives revenu e Own the Creator Lifecycle From first outreach to tracking sales and re-engagement - you’ll run the whole process Use TikTok Shop Affiliate tools, internal tools and dashboards to monitor performance in real-time Build long-term creator relationships that evolve from 1-off collabs to brand ambassadors Be Data-Obsessed (In a Good Way) Track everything: revenue, conversions, ROI, repeat creators Use TikTok Shop analytics + internal tools to optimise campaign performance Share what’s working (and what’s not) with the wider team so we all grow together ✅ You'll Thrive In This Role If You..
