Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting. Support mobility needs, using equipment safely as required. Assist with meal preparation and feeding where necessary. Provide companionship and emotional support. Monitor and report on residents’ health and well‑being to nursing staff. Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans. Work collaboratively with nursing teams, residents, and families to deliver high standards of care.
