**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing medicines
- Prepare medication labels and ensure correct labelling of prescriptions
- Provide excellent customer service by answering patient queries and offering guidance on over-the-counter products
- Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient information in accordance with data protection regulations
- Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and managing inventory documentation
**Skills**
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or in a similar role is highly desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and pharmacy operations
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate approach towards patient care and confidentiality awareness
- Basic IT skills for managing electronic records and pharmacy management systems
