Location: Guildford
Contract Type: Temp to Perm or will consider straight perm
Salary: £29,900pa
Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm or 9am-5.30pm
We are looking for 2 dynamic individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a clean and organised front office space that reflects our company's professional image.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate office operations.
- Book worldwide travel.
- Arrange visas, travel, and accommodation for colleagues, including verifying that passports are up to date.
- Liaise with the Accounts department on foreign currency and expense claims.
- Coordinate Client Meetings and Training Courses.
- Arrange catering as applicable.
- Administer training course bookings.
- Print and bind course manuals and certificates.
- Support on event bookings and contracts with suppliers.

- Proven experience in a front-of-house, customer service role or PA role.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software and equipment.
