This role is critical for coordinating business unit functions to reengineer processes and align data strategies, ensuring that the new MOM system enhances operational efficiency and quality across the organization.Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) supports more than 100 product teams, as they enable Boeing business partner leaders to deliver our products and services to our customers. From building a better digital experience, to designing faster and more accurate manufacturing analytics, our products touch every aspect of our business.BDS is modernizing its foundational product lifecycle management (PLM), manufacturing operations management (MOM), and enterprise resources planning (ERP) systems; enhancing its data strategies; and improving the alignment of its execution processes via a program called Sapphire that is a joint effort between BDS and IDT&S.Position ResponsibilitiesLead the integrated product team, managing all aspects of the program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reportingEnsure that project milestones are met on time and within budgetWork closely with various business units to analyze current manufacturing and quality processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement reengineered workflows that leverage the capabilities of the modernized MOM systemCoordinate with data governance teams to develop and implement data strategies that ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across the organization, facilitating better decision-making and operational performanceIdentify potential risks associated with the program and develop proactive mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during the program lifecycleBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)10+ years of experience in program or project management10+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team5+ years of experience within information technology5+ years of experience with Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systemsCapable of traveling up to 30% of the timePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)Bachelor’s Degree or higherTop Secret Security ClearanceRelevant certifications in project or program managementExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsOther Required InformationDrug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits: Boeing delivers a Total Rewards package including competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities, with eligible employees able to enroll in health, retirement, and other programs.
