Senior B2B Growth Executive Are you a commercial go-getter with a passion for health, sport, and high-performance partnerships? This is a high-impact, hybrid role blending sales, partnerships, and account management. You’ll be driving growth across two exciting verticals: professional sports teams and corporate clients who care deeply about wellbeing. What You’ll Be Doing New Business Development: Prospect, pitch, and close deals with performance-driven organisations Account Management: Build lasting relationships, drive retention, and unlock upsell / referral opportunities Partnerships & Events: Activate brand collaborations, wellness days, tastings, and team visits Marketing Support: Own the B2B LinkedIn presence and help craft compelling case studies Reporting & CRM: Keep the pipeline clean, track KPIs, and report on growth metrics What We’re Looking For 2-4 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management Proven success winning and growing business accounts Confident communicator with senior stakeholders (think HR leads and sports directors) Organised, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end CRM‑savvy (HubSpot preferred) and passionate about health, nutrition or sport This is a brilliant opportunity to join a mission‑led brand at a pivotal moment of B2B expansion.
