With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Role Description:As an Associate Project Manager, you will lead the Project Management and Contract Administration services for strategic infrastructure on large residential and mixed-use projects. In this role, you will manage project delivery, work with senior stakeholders, and operationally lead a project team. You'll be responsible for ensuring all work and outputs are executed to meet project needs and objectives.Role Accountabilities:Lead and manage an operational team, setting objectives and developing skills to deliver required outputs and continuously improve results.Translate project objectives into plans, costs, and schedules, managing finances across the project lifecycle to meet profit and budgetary targets.Implement projects by managing multi-disciplinary teams to ensure delivery standards meet client expectations.Monitor team performance to ensure compliance with Arcadis' risk and compliance policy and codes of conduct.Assure compliance with contracts regarding project delivery parameters and scope of service.Analyze complex data and documents, using knowledge to provide advice and recommendations for project decision-making.Develop processes and review policies for projects, ensuring changes align with strategic business objectives.Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and collaboration across projects, ensuring client satisfaction.Act as a technical expert within projects, providing subject matter advice to colleagues to support successful delivery.Manage relationships with clients and third-party contractors to keep all parties informed of project progress and expectations.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.NEC accreditation.Relevant professional qualification or chartered status.Relevant project management experience, including managing and leading teams.Working knowledge of NEC/ICC contract administration.Infrastructure experience, including earthworks, highways, and drainage.Ability to produce/interrogate delivery programs.Commercial acumen and ability to manage relationships with and influence external stakeholders.Experience managing business relationships at the senior-management level.Why Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
