You’ll also have access to hybrid working where possible, an enhanced Paternity & Maternity package and opportunities for personal and professional development.About YouExperience as a Project Manager in the rail industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects valued to £20 m, within budget and on time.Strong knowledge of rail infrastructure (including rail structures, builds, stations), station design, building regulations, and relevant industry standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams, build effective relationships, and manage stakeholders at all levels.Exceptional organisational and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering projects within a framework environment.Previous experience working for a tier‑one contracting organisation, ideally with knowledge of the Wales & Western region, on Network Rail infrastructure.You’ll BringIn‑depth knowledge of construction techniques and processes on railway infrastructure across building, civil and M&E works.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field.Familiarity with the Wales & Western region.Proven experience with a tier‑1 contracting group.Inclusion and diversity are important to us, we are an equal‑opportunity employer and value difference.
