We are urgently seeking an experienced and skilled **Agile Project Manager** with current SC Security Clearance to support a Migration and Legacy Systems Retirement Programme within our meteorological client based in Exeter.
The **Agile Project Manager** will work alongside a pool of experienced project and delivery managers as well of a broad range of other specialists (e.g. Product Managers, Architects, Analysts, etc.) as part of a large multi-disciplined teamdelivering a large scale and highly complex capability enabled business transformation programme.
The programme is in its discovery phase of what is a 5 year Programme of work. Its main objective is to migrate products and Retire legacy systems that are no longer required. The role requires mastery of the technical knowledge of project management workingin an Agile environment.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM qualification or equivalent
- Significant experience of delivering complex projects within large transformation programmes
- Agile project management methodology experience, skills & abilities
- A high degree of computer literacy including knowledge of the Microsoft (MS) Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project) and a willingness and skill to learn new programs quickly
- Experience of delivering projects using a breadth of project methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and Prince2
- Experience of delivering projects on time and on budget without compromising on quality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must, along with practical knowledge of agile 'at scale'.
