Flexible location anywhere in Australia.About the RoleBabcock is seeking a Supply Chain Bid Support Specialist to join our team on an 8‑month contract, with a flexible location anywhere within Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting bid activities across our Land, Marine, and Air divisions, helping shape the future of our programs and projects.In this role, you’ll work closely with our Business Development team and senior P&SC leadership to coordinate input from existing delivery elements, ensuring bids are robust, competitive, and aligned with professional standards. You’ll be responsible for managing key supplier and subcontractor onboarding processes, supporting governance and compliance, and ensuring all bid documentation is completed and submitted on time.You’ll also collaborate across Contracts & Procurement, Supply Support, and Logistics & Warehousing workstreams to leverage existing contracts and information. Your expertise will help guide the wider P&SC function, providing recommendations on performance, compliance, and opportunities for improvement.This is a role where you can make a real impact—developing management plans, supporting industry engagement initiatives, and contributing to bid‑winning strategies that shape Babcock’s future.
