About the Role As a Team Manager, you will lead and manage Social Workers with the support of a Practice Supervisor to ensure the delivery of an effective social work service to children and their families in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures. Provide clear leadership and drive the Strength in Relationship Practice Model, which places effective relationships at the heart of our work. Oversee timely assessments, safeguarding decisions, and care planning to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people. Manage team performance, budgets, and resources to meet service priorities and Ofsted standards. Champion multi‑agency collaboration with partners such as Health, Education, and Police. What We’re Looking For Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration. Extensive experience in child protection, complex case management, and leadership within social care. Strong people‑management skills and the ability to lead through change and innovation. Excellent communication, organisational, and partnership working skills. A good understanding of the challenges that children and families face. A drive to make a positive change, promoting the development of the Strength in Relationship Practice model. Why Join Us?
