This involves cones, signage, temporary traffic lights, pedestrian crossings and barriers. Our work is visible nationwide. Role PurposeAbout the role: You will champion a positive ESG culture across the Group and our supply chain, embedding sustainability and ethical practices into everyday operations. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement ESG-focused supply chain strategies and mapping plansConduct ESG risk assessments for new and existing suppliers, managing approvals and performance benchmarkingMaintain and review the Approved Supplier List, ensuring resilience and business continuityLead supplier audits to recognised standards across sites and officesMonitor legislation and regulations and implement compliance initiativesDrive continuous improvement through supplier scorecards, performance reviews, and trend analysisCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to build supply chain capabilityPromote consistency in ESG policy and practice across the GroupSupport ESG campaigns, strategy development, and innovation projectsUphold governance, health & safety, and data protection standards in all supply chain activities Essential AttributesProficient in the use of a PC and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365 apps)Full UK Driving LicenceSupply Chain management experienceProject management or coordination experience Desirable AttributesIRCA Lead Auditor in ISO9001 or other significant standardMembership of appropriate professional bodiesFull UK Driving Licence To apply, click the apply button.
