This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across supply chain and quality management, supporting world‑class aerospace projects. Supply Chain Management Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement Analyse load and capacity to ensure readiness and resilience Manage supply chain intelligence and support work transfers Oversee design change industrialisation Quality Management Lead non‑conformity eradication and corrective actions (Events / SARI / QSR / Concessions) Implement and manage APQP and quality improvement plans (SQIP) Champion a culture of prevention and quality excellence Risk Management Identify and assess risks, developing and executing mitigation plans Ensure robust governance and compliance with safety and quality standards Collaboration & Communication Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Airbus, Rolls Royce, and the wider supply chain Communicate proactively and efficiently, ensuring clarity and alignment What We're Looking For Proven experience in supply chain, manufacturing engineering, and quality – ideally within aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or automotive sectors Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Industrial background and understanding of safety and quality topics Data analysis and reporting capability Practical problem‑solving and crisis management skills Project management experience is a plus Experience Is Valued Over Formal Qualifications For This Role.
