You will primarily support a multi-million-pound, fast-paced new build programme, including recruitment for 10 new care home openings annually and delivering an enhanced HR service during their first year. This is a 12-month contract position. Essential Requirements: Previous experience as an HR Advisor Experience in opening new services (beneficial) Willingness to travel across England as required Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with recruitment, senior management, and project teams for staff onboarding Provide comprehensive inductions for Care Home Administrators and Managers Offer contractual support Conduct on-site HR surgeries Support case management processes Deliver HR training to department heads At Barchester, we value our team members and their contributions.
