What you’ll be doing: Supporting people to live independently can involve helping the people we support budget their finances, pay bills, do housework, organise appointments, and cook. Encourage and support activities in the service and out in the community. Developing personal and practical skills to enhance independent living. Be responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support. Administering medication when required – full training will be given. Experience with autism is an advantage Who you are: Positive, motivated, and passionate about providing the very best support. Self-motivated and committed to the role. Have good communication and listening skills. Flexible shifts are on a rota basis and may include waking nights depending on the service requirements.
