Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the UK, as Ultralytics does not provide visa sponsorship.What You'll DoAs our Email Marketing Specialist, you will own and scale our primary communication channel, engaging a global community of over 250,000 developers, researchers, and AI enthusiasts. You will be the voice of Ultralytics, driving growth and adoption of our cutting-edge technology. Key responsibilities include:Designing, building, and executing sophisticated email marketing campaigns and automated sequences using platforms like MailerSend and MailerLite.Crafting compelling, high-quality content for our weekly newsletter, highlighting new model releases like Ultralytics YOLO11, product updates for Ultralytics HUB, and insights from our technical blog.Managing, segmenting, and growing our email lists to ensure personalized and impactful communication for different user personas.Leveraging Semrush and other SEO tools to perform keyword research, optimize email content, and improve our overall digital footprint.Meticulously tracking and analyzing campaign performance through key analytics, providing actionable insights to refine our strategy and maximize ROI.Implementing rigorous A/B testing on subject lines, content, design, and calls-to-action to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.Collaborating closely with our engineering and content teams to create a cohesive narrative around our products and open-source projects.Your strategic vision and analytical prowess will be essential in supporting Ultralytics' mission to make advanced AI accessible to everyone.Skills and Experience5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably within a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.Proven expertise with modern email marketing platforms like MailerSend, MailerLite, or similar tools.Strong proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.Demonstrated success in managing and scaling large email lists (100k+ subscribers) and developing complex automation workflows.Deep understanding of email marketing metrics, A/B testing methodologies, and data-driven optimization.Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a talent for making complex topics like computer vision and machine learning accessible and exciting.A genuine interest in artificial intelligence and a desire to learn about our models, such as YOLOv8 and YOLO11.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.Cultural Fit - Intensity RequiredUltralytics is a high-performance environment for world-class talent obsessed with achieving extraordinary results.
