About the Role You'll be working as a community nurse, providing hands‑on care in service users' homes. Our packages are clinically led, and you'll play a key role in ensuring safe, person‑centred care delivery for individuals with complex needs. Your Responsibilities Will Include Providing one-to-one care to children and adults with complex medical needs Delivering personal care, including: Washing, dressing, and toileting support Medication administration (including injections and controlled drugs) Feeding (oral and via PEG) Performing clinical tasks such as: Tracheostomy care PEG care and maintenance Catheter care Oral suctioning, nebulisers, and rescue meds Supporting service users with dignity and professionalism Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safeguarding protocols Liaising with families, case workers, and other health professionals Participating in training, supervisions, and clinical assessments Qualifications NMC Registered Nurse (Adult, Mental Health, or Children's – paeds experience welcome but not essential) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – this is non-negotiable Confident, competent, and caring Resilient and adaptable, with strong clinical decision-making skills Comfortable working alone in community settings Remuneration & Benefits £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience) Paid mileage and travel time Clinical supervision and CPD opportunities Ongoing training tailored to complex care and community nursing 24/7 office support – you're never out there alone A chance to build real, lasting relationships with the families you support This role is perfect for a nurse who values hands‑on, holistic care-and who wants to see the real difference nursing can make outside the walls of a hospital. #J-18808-Ljbffr
