Customer Service Advisor – Trinity College London Overview Trinity College London is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to support candidates using its Secure English Language Testing (SELT) facilities and products. Advisors will be the first point of contact, guiding candidates through their exam journey, handling queries, and ensuring compliance with Trinity’s policies and regulatory requirements. Two positions are available: one permanent and one fixed‑term contract (12 months). Key Details Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Employer: Trinity College London Location: Preston, Lancashire (Hybrid – up to 3 days remote per week) Salary: £25,396.80 per annum Hours: Full‑Time (40 hours per week, including regular weekend work) Contract Type: Permanent and 12‑Month FTC (full‑time) Closing Date: 12 December 2025 Work Location: Hybrid (office + remote) Role Overview Customer Service Advisors provide friendly, professional support to candidates throughout their exam journey. Responsibilities include managing bookings, amending candidate details, cross‑checking data, and responding to queries about pricing and exam content. Advisors also collaborate with team leaders and management to report issues, complaints, and training needs.
