In this hands‑on role, you will lead and train a team responsible for product inspection and testing, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement. You'll also collaborate closely with the engineering and maintenance teams to recommend and implement process enhancements that raise quality standards. Additionally, you'll learn to operate new state-of-the-art equipment and train your team to do the same. The ideal candidate will be a Quality Manager from an automotive background who is looking to expand their skills on state-of-the-art machinery while leading a team to success and driving meaningful improvements across the plant. The Role Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Technicians. Receive training on state-of-the-art machinery and implement improvements to enhance quality standards across the plant. Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM, with flexible start and finish times.
