What We Need From You Are you a creative and organised individual with a passion for digital design and marketing? We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our collaborative team and help bring our brand to life across digital, print, and social platforms. You'll work closely with the Business Support & Marketing Manager to turn ideas into impactful visual and written content, support social value initiatives, and contribute to a positive team dynamic across departments. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain social media channels. Design digital and print assets for social media, web, exhibitions, and corporate materials. Support the maintenance and updating of the company website. Write creative copy, tailored to a variety of different marketing channels, in keeping with PDS brand tone. Coordinate internal communication channels. Support and coordinate corporate charity partnership and fundraising events. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers on campaigns or content development. Skills & Experience Knowledge of social media platforms. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Outstanding attention to detail and a thorough approach. Organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Working knowledge of WordPress is advantageous but not essential. Have qualification in relevant subject such as Digital Media or Marketing or have proven experience and skills.
