The role ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels, aligning marketing efforts with organisational goals and fostering a positive internal culture. The role is a blend of tactical response and long-term strategy. A valued member of and partner to the executive leadership team, this role drives new and innovative solutions to facilitate continued growth and profitability. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in digital-first environments and those who have operated across the EMEA region. A background in professional services or consultancy-led businesses is highly desirable, where strategic marketing and stakeholder engagement are key to success.ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for the marketing team within RKS, internal communications media within RKS and for the business specific marketing strategy, plans, projects and campaignsIdentify and oversee implementation of marketing initiatives through execution of campaigns, events, digital marketing and PRSupport development of value propositions for campaigns, bids and proposalsIncrease awareness of the organisation by setting and managing social media/digital communication strategy to build awareness, engagement and communityPerson SpecificationIn collaboration with marketing leaders across the Tetra Tech portfolio, oversee and innovate with digital marketing channels and websites to optimise the brand potential and ensure advocacy for the needs and position of the RKS operating unit.You will drive continuous analysis of competitive environment and market trendsYou will implement a data driven approach to refine strategies and improve overall marketing effectivenessYou will present monthly performance narratives to executive leadership, tying initiatives to ROIYou will set and manage departmental budget in line with forecast and strategyYou will foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders across regions, driving thought leadership and content creation in support of marketing strategyYou will oversee maintenance of internal communications media, and content creation in support of internal messagingYou will lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-makingYou will oversee the growth and structuring of the marketing team to support business objectivesYou will lead a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results-driven executionAbout YouYou will have experience of leading teams across geographical regions (Dutch or European experience preferred)You will have substantial marketing leadership experience, ideally within a professional services or consultancy-led environmentYou will bring a strong digital marketing background, with proven success in EMEA marketsYou will have a deep and current understanding of digital technologies, media tools and emerging innovationsYou will be adept strategist but comfortable being hands onYou will have strong numerical and analytical skills to measure activity and drive performanceYou will have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal EnglishYou will have experience working within a portfolio or matrix businessDesirableProfessional Qualification in Marketing and/or communicationsDutch speakerRecruitment AgenciesWe have a Preferred Supplier List of trusted partners to assist us when required and do not acknowledge any speculative CVs or unsolicited candidate introductions from agencies not on this list and any submitted will be taken as a gift.
