We’re now looking for a Head of Analytics who is fully hands-on and ready to drive operational and managerial reporting. Responsibilities Building operational and management reporting. Organizing the work of the analytics department (3 ppl). Collaboration with stakeholders. Skills and experience SQL (advanced level). Python (data processing, automation, and analytics). Power BI (data modelling, dashboards, and self-service analytics). Proven experience building and leading an analytics team. Ability to design, own, and maintain operational and management reporting. Experience working with complex datasets, data pipelines, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into data solutions. Excellent communication skills and a proactive leadership mindset.
