The RoleSenior Leasing Manager for the Global Real Estate teamTHE ROLE :This critical role involves overseeing all real estate leasing activities related to new store openings and negotiations on existing leases. Working with external parties and the internal legal teams to ensure smooth and efficient signing of business properties globally.ResponsibilitiesManaging the entire lease process for new store openings, from site selection, negotiation, to final lease execution.Negotiating lease renewals and modifications for existing leases, ensuring optimal terms for the company.Collaborating with internal teams and external parties, including landlords, legal teams, and brokers, to facilitate smooth leasing processes.Conducting market research to identify potential new store locations and stay informed about retail real estate trends.Reviewing and analysing lease documents and financial reports to ensure alignment with company goals and legal compliance.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and real estate brokers.Working closely with the store development team to ensure new store openings align with lease commencement dates.Proactively identifying and resolving lease-related issues that could impact store operations.Ensuring all leasing activities align with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.What You’ll NeedBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate leasing, preferably in the retail industry.Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful lease negotiations.Strong understanding of real estate contracts, financial terms, and legal requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Proficiency in using real estate management software tools.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse market data and make informed decisions.The Perks33 days holidays (including Bank Holidays) + your birthdayEmployer pension contributions up to 7%Contribution to a gym membership50% Gymshark DiscountFinancial, Physical and Mental Wellbeing SupportPaid time off when you’re physically and mentally unwellGenerous Family Leave package to support you in extending your familyBonus potentialOur Values are InvaluableSharing the same values and beliefs make us who we are visionaries.
