We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lease Advisory Manager to join our team based nationally with flexible working.The salary on offer is up £43,700 - £49,450 with a £3,000 car allowance, with eligibility for our annual of up to 10% bonus.

The role is working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (with some flexibility) and will be predominantly home based. We are flexible with the location of applicants, but must reside within the UK.

**About the role**:
The role of the Lease Advisory Manager is to support senior colleagues in the management of a portfolio of head lease and sub lease event activity. They will manage individual lease events under the supervision of senior colleagues, protecting business operations in core leasehold sites through the effective management of lease events. Ensure that all lease events are managed in an effective and timely manner.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - Or without, but must have significant experience
- Good understanding of landlord and tenant law and strategic asset management
- Inspecting and measuring premises
- Compiling comparable evidence
- Assessing accurate rental values
- Experience of delivering change
- Commercial negotiation experience in rent reviews lease renewals, break deferment/removal
- In depth knowledge across lease advisory discipline
- Market knowledge with good property valuation skills
- Reporting recommendations to the business /securing internal approvals
- Experience of liaising with colleagues across functions to deliver fully informed, best settlement options
