Job Description We are recruiting for a Shift Supervisor to join our team at iForce Corby (Euro Hub) on a full‑time, permanent basis. Shift Monday – Friday, weekly rotation: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 Salary £30,693 per annum Responsibilities Provide training for new and existing staff to achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Support the Shift Supervisor in the timely receipt, pallet build, put‑away and dispatch of stock. Support the Shift Supervisor in efficient receipt and pallet build of returned customer orders to maintain SLA targets. Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained. Maintain optimum levels of stock integrity. Assist the Shift Supervisor in planning staffing levels to meet required efficiency. Develop and train all team members to maximise their contribution and plan for succession. Manage and motivate the shift team to achieve or exceed productivity and service KPIs. Monitor and control the work environment to operate at optimum efficiency. Communicate personable with drivers and operatives and find solutions for potential challenges. Qualifications Experience managing teams within a multi‑client warehouse environment (desirable). Process oriented with appreciation for specific client requirements. Deliver quality and cost improvements through continuous improvement. People manager – leads by example, encourages team spirit and can motivate a team. Adaptability and responsiveness to change, ability to monitor workflow and adjust workforce accordingly. Computer literate and able to follow complex instructions.
