Responsibilities To ensure the proper handling of all food items in accordance with health and hygiene procedures To co‑ordinate all the team members, ensuring they perform well and cohesively To check and supervise all aspects of the kitchen To work closely with other chefs on all day to day matters To participate in receiving and checking incoming goods. (NO MORE THAN 5 BULLET POINTS) Shift details As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and late‑night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable. Qualifications To be a successful Demi Chef de Partie candidate, you will have previous kitchen experience, ideally within a Luxury Hotel or Japanese restaurant environment.
