Exams and Data Officer

We are seeking an organised, efficient and highly motivated Exams and Data Officer to join our team. This is a key role within the school, responsible for the reporting of whole‑school data, as well as the smooth running of all internal and external examinations. You will work closely with senior leaders, staff, pupils and external agencies to ensure that all data and exam processes are accurate, compliant and delivered to exceptionally high standards. This is a part‑time position of 30 hours per week. During exam periods, the post holder will be required to work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Key Responsibilities Produce timely data reports Lead, organise and administer all internal and external examinations in line with JCQ and awarding body regulations Coordinate exam timetables, rooming, invigilators and access arrangements Maintain accurate pupil records and support the use of the school's MIS system Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to data protection and examinations Preston Muslim Girls High School is a high achieving, vibrant and caring secondary school committed to providing excellent educational opportunities for our pupils.
