Join ArtClusiv to tell the stories of Black, Indigenous, POC (BIPOC) artists through social media Create content that highlights, educates, and inspires a global creative community. Your work will directly impact how BIPOC artists are celebrated and discovered online, helping build a community where their focus and stories are seen, appreciated, and shared globally. Qualities And Experience Creative & Visual Storyteller – Ability to turn research and ideas into engaging visuals, videos, and social media posts. Social Media Savvy – Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms; understands trends, hashtags, and audience engagement. Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy when representing artists and maintaining ArtClusiv’s brand voice. Collaborative – Works well with researchers, marketing team members, and other volunteers. Organised & Reliable – Can manage deadlines, schedules, and content calendars. Flexible & Innovative – Open to experimenting with content formats and suggesting new ideas. Passion for Representation – Committed to uplifting BIPOC artists and supporting ArtClusiv’s mission. Graphic Design Experience – Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. What will you be doing? Transform Research into Content – Take information gathered by our Content Researchers and turn it into engaging visuals, reels, carousels, and posts suitable for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Create Social Media Assets – Design graphics, captions, and short videos that highlight both historical and emerging BIPOC artists. Collaborate Across Teams – Work with the Marketing team to align content with campaigns, weekly schedules, and initiatives. Maintain Brand Voice & Aesthetic – Ensure that all content is consistent with ArtClusiv’s style, mission, and values, creating a recognizable and professional presence. Content Scheduling & Planning – Help schedule posts, plan themes, and suggest creative ideas to maximize audience engagement. Support Campaigns & Launches – Assist in special campaigns, events, or feature launches by creating supporting visual or written materials. You’ll be a vital part of our volunteer Marketing team, contributing your creativity to amplify underrepresented voices and increase visibility for BIPOC artists. While the role has core responsibilities, there is flexibility to experiment with formats, explore storytelling ideas, and propose campaigns that align with ArtClusiv’s mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
