About the Role As a Sales Consultant you will be the go‑to professional, from sparking conversations to understanding customers' visions, and offering bespoke solutions that turn dreams into reality. You will: Meet with homeowners in their homes or in our showroom, through qualified leads. Be pro‑active and confident in offering different suggestions and options to suit the customer’s needs and aspirations. Display a genuine caring approach, supporting and helping the customer to solve problems. Have excellent product knowledge and be able to relay features and benefits to customers. Close sales and meet sales targets to support the group's growth targets. Qualifications Strong sales background. Genuine, professional approach that mirrors our brand values. Hunger to smash through sales goals. Agility to thrive in a landscape that is always shifting. Fantastic communication skills – listening, understanding, and persuading.
