**Requirement**: Sales Estate Agency Experienced Required.

**Salary & Remuneration**: Salary of £16,191 to £16,880 for a 3 day week +every other Saturday

The job comes with a discretionary bonus & commission scheme. This salary will be reviewed after 6 months.

**Bonus**: The job comes with a commission of up to 10% of your sales income + £ for successful referrals & reviews.

**Hours**: Average 26.5 hours per week. Over a 3 day week, between Monday to Friday (9am to 5.30pm) plus every other Saturday (10am to 3pm). Half hour unpaid lunch break (Monday to Friday)

**Location**: Warrington Town Centre (WA1 1SL)

**Type**: Part Time

**Requirements**: Full UK Manual Drivers Licence

**Role Summary**:

- Registration and management of your personal customers on an electronic database.
- Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls.
- Sales negotiating.
- AML checks.
- Preparing memorandum of sales.
- Viewings.
- Sales valuations.
- Sales progression.
- Administration.
- Upselling legal & financial services
