The future is borderless. Let’s build it together. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their workforce and employment needs. Assess client goals and challenges to develop customized EOR solutions. Design comprehensive multi-product solutions that align with client requirements and compliance standards. Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to create robust and scalable solutions. Conduct demos of the technology solutions. Stay abreast of global employment laws and regulations to ensure EOR and global payroll solutions adhere to legal requirements. Guide clients on compliance issues and help mitigate risks. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Present and communicate EOR and/or global payroll solutions effectively, addressing client concerns and questions. Work closely with project managers and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution of EOR and/or global payroll solutions. Provide ongoing support to clients during the implementation phase, addressing any challenges that may arise. Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on EOR and global payroll processes, compliance, and best practices. Create educational materials to enhance client understanding of EOR and global payroll services. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the EOR and global payroll services framework. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's EOR offerings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience in a Solutions Consultant or similar role, with a focus on Employer of Record services. Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset. Strong research, problem-solving, and process development skills.
