About the Role We're transforming our Operational Control Centre and are looking for a Water Production Controller to join our diverse team. Controllers are the backbone of our water and wastewater services, ensuring a continuous supply of safe, high-quality drinking water to 1.2 million customers across a water-stressed region. As a Water Production Controller, you'll work in our Durrington office as part of a 24/7 team, monitoring telemetry systems, managing alarms, making network changes, and coordinating field teams to keep water flowing. You're solving real problems and making a difference every shift." – Current Controller Shift Summary Average Weekly Hours: 28 hours per week Annual Leave: Built into your rotation Shift Pattern: 6‑week cycle of 12‑hour shifts Includes day and night rotations: 3 days on → 7 days off; 4 days on → 7 days off; 3 nights on → 7 days off; 4 nights on → 7 days off Additional Duties: Some standby periods and extra cover may be required, which will be discussed during the interview. Location Requirement Live within approximately one hour's commute of our Durrington office, or Are willing to relocate if successful.
