As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be new business generation. You will be required to network, solicit, develop and produce a profitable book of Personal/Commercial business through various cultivation practices & techniques. The successful candidate must be able to maintain long term client relationships and exceptional customer service services to maintain their growing book of business. Any existing book of business would be an asset. Daily tasks include brokerage and underwriting duties, managing client accounts, and handling inquiries to ensure clients receive personalized insurance solutions that meet their needs. This is a commission based position.QualificationsRIBO licence holder- level 1, and proven sales record with minimum of 3 years’ Multi-line Personal and Commercial Insurance Sales experienceSelf-starter with the ability to establish sales & retention goals, work independently and manage multiple tasksInsurance Brokerage, Insurance, and Underwriting skillsCustomer Service and Account Management skillsExcellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and corporate/personal relationship skillsAbility to organize and prioritize work effectively and strong attention to detailOther relevant educational background or certifications in insurance are preferredAbout All-Risks Insurance Brokers LimitedAll-Risks was formed in 1954, incorporated in 1963 and we have been providing quality products and services ever since.
