We're dedicated to delivering the best possible standards in design, build quality, and service for our customers.We’re looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals who will share this passion, to join our team.Our benefits package includes :Bonus SchemeEnhanced Pension Scheme26 days holiday with additional bank holidaysHoliday Buy SchemeLife AssuranceRetail discount portalEmployee Assistance ProgrammeWe have a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a friendly team working from our Central region and based at our site in Coventry on a permanent contract.Duties include :Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, and directing labour and materials to meet the production programmeWork in conjunction with the Sales Team to ensure that regular Build / Sales meetings are attended, all Build / Sales procedures are adhered to, and inspections of all show homes are carried outAccept responsibility for such duties and responsibilities as the Site Manager may determine; and as and when required, deputise for the Site ManagerSupport the Site Manager in ensuring that the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilitiesProvide full support to site workers in achieving their job responsibilities through communication, training and development, and the organisation of the site’s workload and resourcesBe responsible or delivering excellent customer service in line with company guidelinesImplement and comply with Safety, Health, and Environment policy and procedures, all legal requirements, and established best practicDevelop an organisational culture within projects that embodies the company valuesEstablish and maintain the best relationship with the client, through and beyond construction to satisfactory completion, and deliver improved value to the client and companyWe're looking for the following skills and experience :NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Management or equivalentCSCS – Gold supervisorSMSTSFirst Aid at WorkScaffold Inspection Basic - CISRSBREGS or willingness to achieve in probation periodFire Safety for low-rise flats and housing or willingness to achieve during probationary periodEnvironment Supervision in Construction Training – SSP (SEATS)Experience of working to an established build programmeCoordination and supervision of a site based labour forceSuccessfully working to delivery targets within residential developmentAbility to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needsIn depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade and the relevant legislative requirements e.g. Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building RegulationsGood knowledge, understanding and experience of dealing with issues relating to Customer ServiceProficient IT skills – Office, Word, ExcelFull UK Driving LicenceBringing together two trusted housebuilding brands, Tilia Homes and Hopkins Homes, untypical aims to make a positive difference to the UK housebuilding market and help to provide greater access to homes which are affordable for buyers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
