A luxury beauty brand is looking for an experienced Skincare Counter Manager in Norwich.The roleAs Counter Manager, you will actively drive business, encouraging all beauty therapists/consultants to achieve their sales targets. By leading and coaching your team, you will ensure that all clients receive a personalised luxury service. You will develop and build your client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele.An overview of your responsibilities:GeneralLead and manage the team, build spirit and excellence.Set goals, schedules and ensure high-quality service.Welcome and maintain confidentiality, manage customer files.Oversee counter operations and opportunitiesBuild relationship with store managementManage budgets and orders, follow company policies.Develop clientele, plan events, network in community.SalesLead team to achieve/exceed sales targets.Proactively sell, link-sell and provide luxury service.Increase average transaction value and items per transaction.Organise counter activities and manage appointments.ManagementCoach and develop team members, manage stock levels.Grow business through events and appointments.Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.Proactively manage beauty therapists’ performance.ServiceBe knowledgeable on all the brand’s products.Demonstrate products through consultations and makeovers.Recruit new clients, build relationships and gain loyalty.Educate clients on products and brands.Achieve CRM and service targets.How you'll dazzle usOur ideal candidate has high end Beauty Counter manager experience, ideally with Beauty Level 2/3.To thrive in this role, you’ll be a sales-savvy manager experienced in the luxury beauty sector. You’ll have the tenacity to deliver exceptional customer service, the drive to constantly grow the business, and the confidence to engage customers and convert sales.With your product knowledge and communication skills, you’ll identify perfect products for each client.
